The role involves finding distinctive properties, supporting buyers and sellers throughout their projects, organising viewings, negotiating, securing transactions and following clients through to completion. The position requires autonomy, commercial ability, rigour, resilience, relationship skills, a taste for challenges and sensitivity to architecture and design. Independent advisers have commercial agent status and are not employees. Espaces Atypiques offers a recognised network, brand visibility, structured support and a five-week Qualiopi-certified training programme. Remuneration is commission-based, attractive and uncapped.
