Responsibilities include conducting legal research, summarizing case documents, preparing trial binders and exhibits, subpoenaing records, propounding and responding to discovery, and maintaining files and discovery deadlines. Candidates should have 3 to 5 or more years of litigation experience, paralegal certification from an ABA approved school, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage and meet deadlines. Trial experience is preferred, and experience with class action, construction defect, or toxic tort cases is a plus.
