Casual position based in the Bennelong Electorate Office in Epping, NSW. Duties include contacting constituents about local community matters, updating constituent requests in the internal CRM for follow up, and engaging with constituents by phone in a pleasant and professional manner. Outbound phone calling experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. The role requires strong communication skills, a confident and friendly phone manner, professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, customer service focus, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Hours are usually 5pm to 8pm on weeknights. The commencing salary is $36 per hour, with a 15.4% employer superannuation contribution payable in addition. A minimum of 2 shifts per person is offered, with the opportunity for 5 shifts per week.
