For its Ku'damm and Prenzlauer Berg locations in Berlin, HALE.NOW is seeking a Community Manager:in & Studio Care for a part-time, flexible shift system. The studios are open 7 days per week, 12 hours per day. Duties include welcoming members, explaining EGYM equipment and the HALE.NOW workout experience, introducing Red Light Therapy, improving workflows, maintaining the studio atmosphere, and proactively handling daily tasks. The role requires a warm and reliable approach, professional presence, initiative, teamwork, flexibility during the week and for weekend shifts, and German and English skills. Customer service experience is welcome but not required.
