Underwrite commercial C&I and CRE loans, analyze character, collateral, cash flow, capital and conditions, and make informed credit decisions while following company policies and procedures. Duties include reviewing financial and loan documentation, performing cash flow analysis and stress tests, preparing credit memos, communicating with clients and lending officers, conducting portfolio management and annual reviews, recommending risk ratings, monitoring market conditions and handling loan extensions and modifications. Located in Hauppauge, New York, this role requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field preferred but not required, 6 to 10 years of CRE or C&I underwriting experience, formal credit training or equivalent experience, financial statement spreading and credit analysis knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency and strong communication skills.
