Westbridge Realty Group is seeking motivated, confident, coachable commercial real estate brokers or salespersons to join its high-performing team. The firm focuses on middle-market multifamily, mixed-use, and development properties in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. The role includes on-the-job training and support, industry expertise, and exposure to extensive deal flow in New York City's commercial real estate market. Candidates should have prior brokerage or sales experience, be comfortable cold calling and interacting with clients, demonstrate strong motivation, work ethic, interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. One to two years of real estate experience and a basic understanding of real estate valuation methodologies are preferred. Compensation is 100% commission based with unlimited earning potential.
