Hymans is looking to recruit experienced Commercial Property Valuers in full-time roles to support its national business, primarily in Sydney, with expansion also planned in Brisbane and Melbourne. Reporting to the National Director, duties include conducting primarily commercial and industrial, and some residential, property valuations for various purposes, preparing reports within stipulated time frames and to quality reporting standards, preparing quotations, responding to client enquiries, and assisting with new business development and key client management. The role does not involve high volume residential valuations, but requires working to a budget and meeting time expectations. Applicants should hold a Certified Practising Valuer qualification with a minimum of 5 plus years of experience, excellent written communication and report writing skills, previous long-form writing experience preferred, excellent relationship management skills, a desire to contribute to business development activities, API membership, a Certificate of Compliance and a Risk Management Certificate.
