Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of commercial property and casualty underwriting or brokering experience, with experience in construction, professional services, residential realty, transportation, or natural resources considered an asset. A CIP or CAIB designation, or active pursuit of one, a valid provincial broker licence or ability to qualify within 90 days, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with Canadian legal structures are required.
