Support daily roastery operations across packing, inventory, deliveries and general warehouse duties. Responsibilities include picking, packing, weighing, sealing and labelling coffee orders, monitoring packaging supplies, assisting with green and roasted coffee, conducting stock audits and rotating inventory using FIFO, preparing and dispatching orders, supporting wholesale and retail deliveries, maintaining cleanliness and organisation, helping with event logistics, and representing the company professionally. Applicants should be detail-oriented, punctual, dependable, proactive, comfortable lifting up to 20 to 25kg and standing for long periods, organised, communicative, adaptable and passionate about coffee. No experience is welcome. A valid class 3 driving licence and an interest in specialty coffee are additional advantages.
