Teatro SEA is seeking a hands-on, organized, and experienced Co-Production Manager to oversee technical and production operations for in-house shows, tours, venue rentals, and special events. Responsibilities include managing scheduling, load-ins and load-outs, rehearsals, tech weeks, performances, strikes, technical staff and crew, production logistics, venue rentals, set construction, lighting, sound, special effects, and off-site performances. The role involves collaborating with creative teams and leadership, attending production meetings and technical rehearsals, maintaining safe and organized production spaces, supporting festivals, parades, and outdoor events, and representing Teatro SEA on tours as needed. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of theater production or technical direction experience, proficiency in lighting, sound, carpentry, and set construction, strong leadership, time management, and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Experience with children's theater or bilingual productions is welcomed, bilingual English and Spanish skills are strongly preferred, and a valid driver's license is preferred. The position is based at Teatro SEA, The Clemente, in New York City, and is part-time at 25 to 30 hours per week.
