Remote-first role supporting HN's Clinical Coaching Programme, which empowers patients through AI-driven, proactive health coaching. Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, handling queries, updating patient records and databases, supporting clinical reporting, managing correspondence, recruiting prospective patients, updating outcomes on systems including EMIS, Cerner and NHS Spine, and assisting the Clinical Team Lead with operational support and service improvement. Applicants should have clear written and spoken communication skills, strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, an excellent telephone manner, customer service skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, strong attention to detail, time management skills, and knowledge of administrative procedures. Experience in healthcare administration, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, NHS systems, patient liaison, VoIP phone systems, safeguarding procedures, medical terminology or additional languages is desirable. The role offers home working with quarterly in-person meetings and the opportunity to contribute to an innovative, patient-focused healthcare organisation.
