The Mind Room is seeking expressions of interest from AHPRA-registered psychologists and AASW-accredited mental health social workers to operate their own practice as independent contractors. Applicants should have two to four days of availability per week, including evenings and/or Saturdays, be GST-registered and operate under their own ABN, be Medicare-registered, hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance, and value autonomy, ethical care and community. The role offers flexible sessional room hire, optional telehealth booths and clinical tools, reception and administrative support, access to shared community spaces, professional development and team events. Clinical partners maintain independence and set their own hours, fees and client load.
