Represents physicians by answering incoming telephone calls, recording and transmitting messages, and scheduling consultations and treatments. Welcomes patients and visitors, answers or refers inquiries, optimizes appointment scheduling and treatment room utilization, files and retrieves patient records, maintains patient accounts, protects confidential personal and financial information, and handles new and different requests. Part-time opening: 24 hours per week, including at least one weekend shift per week.
