Wealth Effect is seeking an experienced administrator within the financial planning space with a passion for client service. This fixed-term 12 month contract has a view to permanency and involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage client wealth strategy implementation, preparing data and reporting for client reviews, maintaining client records and information in internal systems, undertaking project work to maximise the use of Midwinter, and coaching and training support team members on newly implemented processes. The ideal candidate has solid experience in a similar financial services role, preferably RG146 or a willingness to commence study, advanced coordination and administration skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Midwinter knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to plan, organise and prioritise.
