We are expanding our team and are looking for a proactive Client Manager who will be the first point of contact for business and self-employed clients. The role involves managing a portfolio of SME and sole trader clients, advising on company formation, company setup, tax strategy and compliance, coordinating the work of accountants and specialists, ensuring timely submission of annual accounts, VAT and tax returns, and handling day-to-day financial queries. Previous experience as an accountant, advisor or client manager in financial services is required, along with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, fluent English and a client-oriented mindset. Ukrainian or Russian is a plus, and supporting Ukrainian-speaking clients is desirable but not required.
