This role suits someone with excellent customer service skills, a natural ability to host clients and an understanding of luxury service, first impressions and client care. Applicants should be outgoing, friendly, organised and polite, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English. Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, reception, guest relations, a clinic, spa or another service-led environment would be suitable. Applicants should be professional, mature and calm under pressure, with previous front of house, reception or service industry experience essential. Salon experience is welcome but not essential.
