Join the IT Infrastructure team to manage and optimise the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops virtual desktop infrastructure. Responsibilities include image, session, endpoint and infrastructure management, performance monitoring, disaster recovery support, maintaining macOS endpoints with Jamf and Intune, and supporting Citrix and VDI escalations. The role requires 3+ years of enterprise Citrix administration experience, knowledge of PVS or MCS, FSLogix and VMware, proficiency with Citrix Studio and Director, understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy and networking, and strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills. CCP-V or equivalent certification, experience with StoreFront, Citrix Cloud, App Layering, Universal Print or Profile Management, disaster recovery planning, and PowerShell scripting are preferred.
