The Juniors is seeking a motivated, reliable and experienced Chef to join its Catering team on a casual basis. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Senior Chefs, the role assists with meal preparation, cooking and presentation, food preparation and mise en place, stock rotation, kitchen cleaning, food safety and smooth service. Applicants should have a completed Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, relevant trade qualifications or extensive experience in a similar role, sound knowledge of food hygiene and safety, good time management, strong communication skills, a positive team attitude, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
