Support programme delivery and ministry life across St Mellitus College by managing local centre coordinators, overseeing smooth programme and community delivery, and taking responsibility for effective project and process management. Key responsibilities include coordinating operations across centres, overseeing timetabling and speaker invitations, line managing the centre operations team, supporting ministry processes, managing working group documentation, coordinating curacies and ordination services, overseeing spouses and supporters provision, leading project work such as the Bishop's Report process and Racial Justice Projects, and providing wider operations support at teaching days, residentials, conferences and college events. The role requires a minimum of five years' operations experience, experience managing complex operations, projects or programmes, process improvement and change management skills, strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, line management or coaching experience, excellent organisation and attention to detail, discretion, good IT skills, and support for St Mellitus College's mission. Experience in education, training, church or not-for-profit environments, multi-site operations, compliance or risk management, and VLE platforms such as Moodle is desirable. This is a full-time role based at either the London or East Midlands Centre, combining onsite and remote working with a minimum of two days per week in the office. Some limited UK travel may be required. Benefits include 25 days' holiday per annum, pro rata, and a four-month probation period.
