The role included engaging clients in homeless service settings, reviewing and updating Job Seeker Classification Instrument records, assessing income and employment assistance circumstances, updating customer records, liaising with Centrelink staff to resolve issues, providing information and advice, and making referrals to specialist Centrelink officers and employment assistance programs.
