Oversee the programmatic operation of the BumbleBeesRus facility and ensure the center provides high-quality education consistent with the organization's vision and goals. Responsibilities include maintaining a healthy, safe and developmentally appropriate environment, managing facility records and supplies, providing center tours, supervising and evaluating staff, overseeing hiring and staffing, preparing curriculum and training programs, ensuring compliance with state and local licensing regulations, managing enrollment and scheduling, organizing meetings, field trips and special events, supporting staff, maintaining relationships with children and families, preparing reports, and planning parent education programs. The role also provides families with information and assistance with community resources and requires familiarity with Environmental Rating Scales, early childhood assessment instruments and child care program quality.
