Black Seed Bagels is seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic self-starter to supervise catering sales, communications, planning, delivery, setup, invoicing, and wholesale relationships. Responsibilities include developing client partnerships, acquiring corporate accounts, planning menus with the culinary team, leading service execution, handling complaints, collaborating with marketing, overseeing food preparation and client service, supporting catering automation, and managing budgets and sales forecasts. Applicants should have 2+ years of experience in a catering leadership or management role, knowledge of catering, events, food and beverage, and retail or hospitality, excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, strong organization and time management, the ability to meet deadlines and targets, professional composure under pressure, and flexibility to work a 45+ hour week.
