The role supervises catering sales, communications, planning, delivery, setup, invoicing, wholesale relationships, food preparation, and client service. Responsibilities include developing client partnerships, acquiring corporate accounts, planning menus with the culinary team, leading service teams, resolving client concerns, collaborating on marketing initiatives and events, supporting catering automation, and managing budgets and sales forecasts. Applicants should have 2+ years of experience in a catering leadership or management role, knowledge of catering, events, food and beverage, and retail or hospitality, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency with Microsoft applications, POS systems, and order management tools, composure under pressure, and flexibility to work a 45+ hour week.
