King's Own Institute is seeking expressions of interest from Casual Lecturers in IT at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The role contributes to subject material and assessment development, delivers lectures, tutorials and workshops, marks assessments, provides academic advice, supports teaching program quality assurance, identifies students at risk and academic misconduct, participates in scholarship and professional activities, and assists with supervising Tutors. Applicants must have a PhD in a relevant discipline, demonstrated subject expertise, at least three years of experience in a similar position at another higher education provider, research and peer-reviewed publication experience, relevant industry engagement, strong commitment to student success, excellent communication skills, experience with international students, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Candidates must reside in Sydney or Newcastle, NSW, and have full working rights in Australia.
