Work across food preparation, fine dining and canapé functions at Metricon Stadium. Successful applicants will join the casual food preparation team on day shifts and the event day kitchen team on night shifts, with opportunities to work at other Brisbane venues including Suncorp Stadium and The Gabba. Chef applicants need at least one year of commercial venue or event catering experience and trade qualifications. Candidates should have a hands-on approach, be able to take direction and work in a team, understand HACCP food safety, work under pressure and communicate effectively. Competitive hourly rates, day shifts and a key role in food preparation and event day kitchen teams are offered.
