Support the owner in providing gardening services to clients, including garden renovations, cleanups and maintenance. Duties include pruning, weeding, hedging, fertilising, slashing, turfing, lawn edging, new garden plantings, mowing, top dressing, green waste management and disposal, and lifting and transporting gardening materials onsite. The role requires some experience in outdoor manual work including gardening, reasonable physical fitness, a love of working outdoors, exposure to gardening power tools, good communication skills, flexibility in various environmental conditions, and understanding of safety procedures. Formal horticulture qualifications are highly regarded. Work with the owner, based in Castle Hill, and travel to job sites in the Hills District using your own vehicle.
