Provide case management, social service, activity coordination, and community outreach to communities, elders, and caregivers. Duties include social services, activities, health insurance counseling, public presentations, community outreach, and maintaining required program documentation. A bachelor's degree in social work, a human service field, or related experience substituted for a degree is required. Two years of human service experience is preferred. Candidates should be bilingual in English and Chinese, have excellent communication skills, be sensitive to the needs of older workers and elders, work effectively in a multicultural setting, have Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing skills, and preferably have a valid Massachusetts driver's license and their own transportation. Salary commensurate with experience.
