A career development program for professionals with at least one year of work experience who are looking to transition to another company or industry. Selected applicants participate in five self-paced modules covering communicating impact through a resume, building an effective network, finding a best-fit role, acing interviews, and getting to know Goldman Sachs. The program also includes live virtual meetings led by recruiters, with opportunities to meet and network with fellow participants and Goldman Sachs professionals. Prior finance experience is not required. Applications for the 2023 series are closed.
