Guide Arbour through its next phase of growth by developing and executing business strategies, maintaining relationships with business partners, shareholders, authorities and other stakeholders, overseeing business operations and financial performance, guiding tax and legal implications of strategic decisions, building operations with new customers such as asset managers, placement agents and advisors, and improving the company's public profile. The role requires experience developing and implementing strategic business plans in a global business environment, a confident presence within the global finance community, strong business and legal negotiation skills, and fluent written and spoken English. Experience working with asset managers, advisors and institutional investors within private markets is an advantage.
