Match buyers and sellers of small companies with up to $100M in revenue, and work with attorneys and accountants to facilitate sales. A motivated problem solver is required. Sales, financial, or business experience is desirable but not essential. Complete training and a mentor program are provided. This is a commission-only position, and candidates must be able to support themselves during the start-up phase, generally four to six months. Associates are independent contractors who manage their own schedules and performance. A real estate license is required in most states within three months of joining. The mentor period is generally three months, and remote training lasts two to three months.
