Our client, a key player in the banking sector, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst specialised in regulatory topics to support compliance initiatives. The role involves analysing and interpreting regulatory frameworks affecting banking and payments, identifying compliance gaps in internal processes and systems, translating regulatory requirements into business and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with existing system architecture and operational constraints, collaborating with IT, compliance and operations teams, supporting stakeholders, and contributing to documentation, reporting and validation activities. The position requires at least 4 years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in banking or financial services, experience with regulatory or compliance projects, strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, autonomy, teamwork, knowledge of SEPA and SWIFT payment systems, and a good understanding of financial regulations and their operational impact.
