Global alternative asset manager seeks a Business Analyst to support growing demand for products from high-net-worth and retail investors. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Private Wealth Americas Team to understand business needs, documenting business requirements, designing reports, developing workflows and processes, managing vendor relationships with transfer agents, fund administrators and digital service providers, maintaining Investor Services process documentation, and tracking achievements, action items and potential issues. Qualifications include 7+ years of financial industry experience, 3+ years of relevant alternative asset management experience, private credit experience preferred especially BDCs, business analysis and project management expertise, knowledge of the investor lifecycle for alternative investment funds, experience working with technology and service provider vendors, strong communication and problem-solving skills, adaptability, and advanced Excel proficiency including creating complex reports from scratch.
