Business Analyst opportunity supporting a major transformation initiative for a major UK broadcaster and global content business. The role focuses on reviewing and evolving post-production and media asset management workflows, including cloud-based workflows, AI tooling and media asset management. Responsibilities include analyzing current processes and tooling, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities, producing process maps and stakeholder analysis, gathering and prioritizing requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting testing, prioritizing change, developing target operating models, and building relationships across technology, production and operations. Applicants should have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or similar, experience in media production, broadcast, entertainment or post-production, knowledge of media asset management and post-production workflows, strong process analysis and requirements gathering skills, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management experience, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with cloud-based media solutions, AI tools, transformation programs or future operating models is desirable. The contract is initially 4 to 5 months, outside IR35, hybrid in London with 1 to 2 days per week onsite. Salary is £400 to £500 per day.
