The House Institute Foundation is seeking a Business Administrator to provide operational, financial, and administrative support for HIF and House Children Hearing Center. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, vendor and revenue cycle management, staff supervision, healthcare regulatory compliance, patient flow and scheduling coordination, policy and workflow administration, licensing and credential maintenance, IT and software administration, purchase orders, recruitment and onboarding support, payroll and benefits coordination, HR records, leadership and board support, program tracking, grant reporting, donor communications, and compliance record-keeping. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, nonprofit management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus 3 or more years of experience in business operations, administration, or nonprofit management. Candidates should understand budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and CRM systems. Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. The position is based in Los Angeles, California, is on-site five days a week, and offers health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, sick leave and holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution, and professional development and training opportunities. Salary is $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
