Develop and implement insight-driven primary and secondary research, analyse results, and develop brand application strategies. Analyse competitive environments, target markets, and consumer needs to establish meaningful and differentiated brand platforms. Support new brand development, repositioning, and relaunch projects across industries and consumer segments. Contribute to brand communication, content, naming, and creative communication concepts, and develop briefs and strategic direction for future online and offline applications. Participate in creative brainstorming with designers, project managers, and brand strategists, attend client meetings, and support presentations and workshops. Provide client project support through meeting preparation and participation, internal project coordination, resource monitoring, proposal preparation, scope definition, fee calculation, timeline development, contract preparation, presentation coordination, and deadline management. Requirements include a master's degree in business administration, psychology, sociology, or communications; experience in insight-driven research, strategic planning, and brand strategy within an agency or consultancy; hands-on experience developing creative concepts, Chinese advertising copy, and communication solutions from brand strategy; familiarity with Chinese consumers and local market regulations; confident workshop participation and business presentations in Chinese and English; excellent spoken and written English; native Mandarin; resilience, flexibility, an open mind, initiative, curiosity, and clear thinking. Automotive industry experience is preferred.
