Take responsibility for a portfolio of properties, mainly working with resident management companies and right to manage companies, while maintaining good client relationships. The role includes ensuring services comply with lease agreements and that appropriate budgets are in place through regular site visits, interpreting leases, monitoring service charge collection, responding within agreed service level time frames, prioritising risk management through comprehensive document trails and keeping systems updated in line with legislative changes, and providing excellent customer service.
