Boston Neurobehavioral Associates is seeking bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists or counselors for all Massachusetts locations. Qualifications include a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, Massachusetts licensure or eligibility, fluency in Spanish and English with the ability to provide therapy in both languages, strong clinical assessment and case conceptualization skills, and experience providing clinical evaluations and evidence-based psychotherapy across a broad range of mental health conditions. Responsibilities include providing psychotherapy and counseling in Spanish and English, intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments, individualized evidence-based treatment planning, psychoeducation, collaboration with healthcare providers and referral sources, and compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
