Lead the team, develop beverage menus, implement training programmes and help grow the reputation and culture of Union Electric Group. Responsibilities include day to day venue management and team leadership, maintaining procedures and implementing strategies for efficiency and growth, managing the beverage programme across two venues, menu development, bar and stock management, ordering, hiring and training bar staff, rostering, staff performance management, fostering a culture of passion and fun, and representing Union Electric Group at industry events and initiatives. Applicants should understand world class cocktail culture, drinks trends and techniques, and ideally have 2+ years of experience in a similar hospitality role, including experience in a fast paced venue, running shifts, menu creation, opening and closing, and cash up. Passion for well crafted cocktails, gin, rum, exceptional customer service and having fun is required. Evening and weekend availability, a positive attitude, great personality and excellent communication skills are essential. This is a salaried senior staff member role paying award rates, with potential for future progression and further training.
