HUX is recruiting an experienced Senior Sales Designer to join its award-winning design team, working between the workshop in Buckinghamshire and the showhome studio in Chiswick, West London. The role involves selling and conceptually designing intricate bespoke kitchens, joinery and cabinetry from client briefs, managing new leads and the sales process, producing concept visuals, presentations and drawings, conducting site surveys, specifying appliances, hardware and materials, preparing quotations, arranging samples and finishes palettes, holding client meetings, liaising with suppliers and interior designers, working with the technical design team on drawing packs, and ensuring deadlines are met. The successful candidate will have an excellent eye for kitchen design, proven sales and client-handling skills, at least two years of direct customer-facing sales experience with a high-end bespoke kitchen or joinery company, and a background in product or interior design. Experience with 3D design software such as SketchUp or SolidWorks and Microsoft Office is desirable. Excellent planning, organisation, communication, interpersonal and attention-to-detail skills are required, along with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and passion for design.
