A mentorship programme for undergraduate women at local universities interested in pursuing a career in real estate. Mentees are paired with women at the Los Angeles and Dallas offices based on their interests, experience and goals. The programme provides advice on internships and recruiting, career guidance, monthly meetings and networking events. The programme is open to all college undergraduate women. Applications close on 25 September 2026. Remote participants should apply to the Los Angeles location.
