Serve as a frontline clinician at WEA's Indio Crisis Walk-In Clinic, providing rapid assessment, crisis intervention, and short-term stabilization for youth, adults, and families experiencing acute behavioral health needs. The role supports stabilization, engagement with natural and community supports, safe transitions to ongoing care, and care for co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Clinicians collaborate with peer support, nursing, psychiatry, site operations, and clinical leadership in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
