The role involves communicating products and services to clients, consultations and sales, serving as a first point of contact by phone or at the clinic, and providing advanced skin consultations, microdermabrasion, sonophoresis and LED facials, paramedical skin peels, laser hair removal, RF skin tightening, micro-needling, plasma fibroblast treatments, cellulite treatments and laser tattoo removal. The role also includes assisting with reception, administration and marketing. Applicants need excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proactive approach to consultation and sales, a recognised Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Science, at least 3 years of experience in a dermal or beauty environment, professional presentation and manner, experience with Aspect Dr, ASAP or Synergie Skin products and services, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering services.
