VERS is seeking an experienced, hospitality-focused bartender with at least 3 years of bartending experience in a high-end, craft cocktail, or fine-dining establishment in NYC. The role includes executing seasonal menus and classic cocktails for bar and table service, handling transactions and the POS system, managing inventory, minimizing waste, collaborating with bar support, and maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and station organization. Candidates should have knowledge of classic cocktail ratios, premium spirits, modern mixology, and wine and beer basics, with the ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume venue. A magnetic personality, strong local social network, crowd-building ability, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to meet physical requirements are expected. Square POS experience is preferred.
