Responsibilities include welcoming customers, preparing coffee drinks to a high standard, and serving teas, chocolate, and seasonal alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Working closely with the Head Barista and General Manager, you will uphold drinks standards and contribute to seasonal specials and menu ideas. The role offers opportunities for growth within specialty coffee, in a thoughtful, down-to-earth environment.
