We are seeking hard-working, motivated and upbeat individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment alongside a team of passionate hospitality professionals. This part-time role reports to the Cafe Manager and averages 15 to 25 hours per week, with weekend availability required. Baristas must provide a top-notch level of service, have a positive personality, build relationships with customers, and have past experience in customer service and the restaurant or food industry. Experience using a professional espresso machine and a Serving-it-Right Certificate are required. Shifts are scheduled between 6:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, and 10:00 am to 5:30 pm Saturday. Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
