Support Alchemist's daily operations across all stores by delivering exceptional hospitality, preparing and serving beverages using different brewing methods, maintaining knowledge of current beverage offerings and preparation techniques, tasting coffee regularly to uphold quality standards, sharing coffee knowledge with guests, supporting cafe cleaning and operational tasks, following food safety guidelines, and promoting a clean and safe workspace. Candidates should be proactive, enthusiastic, interested in learning and making coffee, outgoing, passionate about specialty coffee and inclusive hospitality, positive when taking on challenges, eligible to work in Singapore with valid Singaporean or Permanent Resident citizenship, and hold a valid food hygiene certificate.
