Brunetti Oro is seeking experienced Baristas to join its friendly, dedicated and expanding team. The role includes accredited Barista training and ongoing mentorship from Lavazza coffee partners, working with the Head Barista and Bar Manager to maintain a consistent, high-level coffee experience, and supporting and potentially mentoring Junior Barista staff. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience, superior customer service skills, confidence, strong communication skills, teamwork skills, knowledge of dialing in recipes and experience adjusting brewing parameters. Experience working with volumetrics is desirable. The successful candidate must be flexible to work nights, weekdays, weekends and public holidays across morning, afternoon and evening shifts, and must have the right to work in Australia.
