Prepare and serve coffee beverages to high standards, create latte art, engage customers about coffee origins and brewing techniques, maintain and calibrate equipment, keep the workstation clean, collaborate with the barista and wider team, provide friendly customer service, process transactions accurately and support the presentation of the coffee shop. Part-time and casual positions are available across Broadway, Central Street, Fish Market, Marrickville and QVB. Applicants need at least 2 years of specialty coffee barista experience, experience operating and maintaining Tone, Uber, Fetco and Wally equipment, the ability to conduct TDS readings and adjust brewing and extraction variables, strong communication skills, flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, high hygiene standards and a positive team attitude.
