Vacation Coffee is seeking a passionate and experienced barista/cafe all-rounder for its Richmond/Cremorne store. The primary role is crafting excellent coffee and providing outstanding, friendly customer service. All-rounder duties may include taking orders, keeping the cafe clean and presentable, helping with food preparation, toasting sandwiches, making smoothies and utility duties. Candidates must have excellent customer service and English communication skills, a passion for coffee and food, experience in a similar fast-paced environment, food handling experience, a positive can-do attitude, willingness to learn, initiative, teamwork skills and a commitment to a career in hospitality. Minimum 2 years coffee making experience is preferred, and candidates must commit to at least one weekend shift.
