Assist the Head Baker with daily production and preparation of fresh bakes, conceptualise and introduce new and seasonal bakes, assist with basic stock taking of ingredients, and maintain clean, organised work areas, machinery and equipment in line with safety and housekeeping requirements. The role also includes ad hoc duties. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, work well in a team and be willing to learn with a passion for baking. Experience is preferred but not required. The role requires 5.5 days a week from Monday to Saturday, the ability to work full operating hours from Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm and Saturday 7am to 1pm, and a Food Hygiene Certificate.
